Overclocking CPU and GPU

1. Why is it not possible to get your software to allow me to use the GPU and the Intel processor at the same time? If I turn off the GPU, the Intel processor runs at about 35% (Why not more?). If I turn the GPU back on, the Intel processor drops back to 5%. Seems odd.

2. Your documentation for the "Control Center," on page 9, states that overclocking can be used on both the GPU and the CPU. It says one clicks on the upper left corner for the CPU and the down arrow for the GPU. I am running the most updated software according to the Nero Start app. But neither of these options works on the AI Video Upscaler. So neither can be adjusted as the documentation states.
